Our Rent 2 Buy program works in conjunction with “America’s Best Mortgage” converting renters into homeowners in 12 months or less. Once a buyer is accepted into this program two things happen; they can occupy the house they want to buy and they are assigned a personal mortgage consultant to guide them through the loan qualification process. Most applicants come to us with credit issues. Your mortgage consultant will help you determine which items need to be resolved so you can obtain financing. This may involve correcting mistakes made by the credit bureaus and reporting companies or addressing legitimate credit problems and assisting in the development of a plan to re-establish your credit. While we cannot guarantee every applicant gets approved, we will not turn you away because of bad credit and we will continue to work with you for as long as it takes to qualify for a mortgage.

• To qualify applicants must attend one of our homebuyer workshops and receive conditional approval from the Lender.
• A security deposit equal to the amount the Lender requires to close the mortgage will be held in escrow. The escrow will be refunded when the Buyer closes the mortgage.
• Monthly rental payments are determined by the costs to carry the property during the rental period.
